How many Big S developers work at the company?
We have about 30 talented Big S developer's at any given time. As with any company, sometimes there are more employees and sometimes there are less. In the consulting industry it's hard to maintain a fixed group of developers without any turnover, but most of our developers are Big S employees for life.

How do I run My S?
It would be impossible for Big S to tell everyone how to manage their own web sites, but if I were working with My S, I would first an foremost keep it free and clear of extranious objects. There's nothing more deterring for customers coming to My S than to see needless tidbits of pictures and words hanging around.

My S keeps getting spammed. What can I do?
It is a Big S policy not to sell or distribute any of its customers e-mail addresses, nor does it distrubute any e-mail addresses that it may have access to through My S portals. If you are getting spammed, you can send any details you may have (and copies of the spam itself) to BigS_Spam@BigS.com and our Big S technicians will do what they can to prevent this from occurring in the future.

How secure are online purchases made through My S?
Security is an issue that concerns all Big S sites. We have Big S developers that specialize in ensuring that any Big S application is secure against all known attacks. However, sometimes there are outsiders that seem to get some sort of joy in trying to crack the Big S servers. Although there have never been any successful Big S cracks, some of My S portals were probed for port information.

What if someone wants to sue My S for something I put in it?
The content of your site is mostly your business. There are state and federal laws that prohibit My S from showing illicit or pornographic material. We have another Big S policy that prevents the display of such content. If you have illegal content in My S, please remove it.

Sometimes I can't pay my Big S bill. What can I do?
Contact your Big S representative as soon as you feel that My S payments will be late. If you work with our Big S representative, we are sure that mutually benificial payment arrangements can be made. If you neglect to contact us, we will have to disconnect My S from the servers and send a Big S representative to your location for payment.

What are all these Big S files doing on my hard drive?
Big S has to be able to maintain information about all its customers. If you want to work on My S, you have to have the proper files that allow access to a Big S server. The Big S files on your system will not harm any of your other data.

Why can't people using Netscape see My S?
Netscape has some plug-in issues with the pages Big S displays. All My S sites use Active S plug-ins which Netscape does not support. Because of this, Netscape users cannot view anything our Big S servers offer.

I can do graphics, but I'm not a programmer. What can I do if the back side of My S needs custom work?
Our Big S developers would like nothing better than to rework your back side. We have some of the best back end people in the business. Big S people have looked at all My S's and reworked most of them. Contact us for a private appointment with a Big S developer.

Can I become a partner or reseller for Big S?
Big S has grown enormously in populartity over the last year. It seems that everyone wants a piece of My S. The owners of Big S assests would be happy to discuss a partnership with anyone interested in becoming a Big S reseller or distributor.

My S is broke?
Sometimes (very rarely, sctually) our Big S servers go down. This is unfortunate for all My S's on the site, but you can be sure a Big S technician is aware of the problem within seconds of a Big S server crash.

My S gets no respect!
Big S cannot take responsibility for your crappy S. We will work with you to remove customer-deterring items from your Big S site. Examples of sites that have had problems are 'Pokemon My S' and 'Got My S?'. Big S developers completely reworked these site and now they are doing fine.

My S keeps running out of memory!

How many people can connect to the Big S server?
Although there is an unlimited number of connections to the Big S servers, My S can only efficiently handle about one hundred connections simultaneously. My S's performance tends to degrade when too many people are making requests of My S. My S can only do so much without completely cracking under the pressure. If My S crashes, there is a Big S rollover procedure, but unless the number of requests My S has to process are reduced, My S will crash again. We are currently looking at some Big S load balancers to help alleviate requests that would normally overload My S.
